Chuck Chrissis is a Certified Strategic Business Coach and Owner of The Growth Coach of Southwestern Pennsylvania.  His firm provides business coaching services to owners, managers, and self-employed professionals of small-to-mid-sized businesses to help them improve their businesses and regain balance in their personal lives.  A former Senior Vice President of Sales, Director of Business Development, and seasoned sales professional, Chuck has coached and mentored dozens of sales managers, sales representatives, and account managers since 1996 and has over 20 years of progressive professional experience.  Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management Science & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  He holds professional certifications in Strategic Management from the American Management Association, Executive Marketing Management from the University of Pittsburgh, and The Strategic Mindset Process® from The Growth Coach.  Chuck’s personal focus is on his family, which includes his wife Mary Beth, and three children Adam, Pam, and Kevin, coaching youth sports, volunteering in the local community, travel, and hobbies such as snow skiing, water skiing, and hunting.
